DPWH SIPAG Budget (2023 & 2024) & Projects in Bicol Region Under Cong Elizaldy Co

I have posted na previously na maraming parte ng budget ng DPWH ang binabaan, tinanggalan at ZEROED out by Congress. 

Foreign Assisted Projects (including big flood control projects) amounting to P70 billion were given ZERO budget by Congress in 2024. NILIPAT nila ito sa Unprogrammed Appropriations (NOT PRIORITY).

Ano ang INUNA at PRIORITY projects na pinonduhan nila?

DPWH  SPECIAL SUPPORT PROGRAM (SSP).

Under SSP may nakapaloob na 2 programs. 

1) Sustainable Infrastructure Projects Alleviating Gaps (SIPAG)

2) Basic Infrastructure Program (BIP)

Let's focus in SIPAG first.

2024 INCREASE- P 108.053 Billion 

2023 INCREASE- P 98.739 Billion
