WHY REP. ABANTE HAS NO CREDIBILITY

Noong hearing ng House Committee on Good Governance about OVP's budget and Confidential Fund, this very cunning Abante asked DBM kung ang mga previous Vice Presidents ba may Confidential Fund. Binanggit niya si Leni, Noli and even Laurel. But he INTENTIONALLY SKIPPED VP Jojo Binay,

Why?

Kasi si Binay nagkaroon ng Confidential Fund, similar case kay VP Inday. He requested kay PNoy. It was approved and released from Contingent Fund in 2012 and 2014.

Pero may nagreklamo ba noon? May dumulog ba sa Supreme Court? May House hearing ba?

OMISSION OF FACTS, Mr. Abante?

I was disappointed at that time kasi ang DBM did not answer correctly. To which Rep. Cua is totally clueless, too!

Ang sinabi ni Rep. Ortega, wala na tayong access sa before Binay.
